What Causes Soreness In Chest After Exercising?
Question: I exercise twice a week, 15 minutes each time. I concentrate on the arms and pecs mostly.
Recently, I have been feeling soreness(?) pains where my heart is. Sometimes I feel a quick gentle pinch (as if by my fingernails) around my left pec, sometimes on or around or under the tricep part of my bicep.
When I lie in bed I feel (twitching muscles) in my pec where my heart probably is, or is it fluttering of the heart?
I HAVE a hole (NOT a murmur) in my heart the doctor told me, but he did not think it was wise to go to heart surgery to fix it.
HOW do I know if my ticker is about to permanently time out someday, or become an enlarged heart, or if it is just pec muscles. I can breath deeply and induce the soreness pain.I forgot to mention, I feel an almost ticklish sensation all the time almost on my left side of my chest, my left pec. Sometimes now and then I'll feel strange sensation in my (muscle, or is it my heart?) like an uncomfortable pinch.

Brief Answer:
No Symptoms do not look like cardiac
Detailed Answer:
Thanks for query. The way you described it doesn't look like cardiac pain. Looks more like muscle soreness only and can happen after exercise. Even fluttering likely to muscle twitch. You can reduce the intensity of exercise for time being and it should solve the problem and should be able to increase exercise gradually.
