Detailed Answer:
Hello
Thanks for writing to us with your health concern.
These are not lumps, but more like sores.
The possibility of herpes cannot be ruled out, however the lesions do not look like typical herpes lesions.
Herpes can be easily checked for, by having a swab of the lesions taken.
That is what should be done right now.
Blood test for herpes is not as reliable as the swab test.
All the best

Detailed Answer:
No it does not look like typical herpes.
A swab from the active lesions will reassure you forever, that is why I am requesting you to get that done.
It will provide objective proof instead of subjective opinions.

I highly doubt that it is Because I heard the pain is really bad that you'd know I just randomly looked and saw this!

Detailed Answer:
That is what I have repeated again and again, that they do NOT look like herpes.
When you have a chance to have a definitive opinion by a simple smear test and live in assurance , then why not get it done ?
That is what I have suggested.
