The presence of speech difficulty, memory difficulty, inattention and poor concentration coupled with numbness in hands and feeling dizziness in a 54 year young women points toward possibility of TIA provided it lasted less than 24 hours. The possibility is high as there is risk factors for stroke as can be inferred from use of aspirin and lisinopril.
The second possibility is anxiety but I think a complete neurological examination is necessary before we can say it is anxiety only.
In my view you should visit a doctor as soon as possible.
