Detailed Answer:
Hi,
I had gone through your question and understand your concerns that you are having recurrent nose bleeds.
As per your clinical details, it appears to be your nose bleeds could be due to accelerated hypertension or self picking of dried nasal crusts ( most common cause of nasal bleeding in elderly persons).
Normally, nose bleeds are controlled by decongestants (oral +nasal), these are contraindicated in hypertension.
I suggest you to visit an ENT surgeon and give history of medication (aspirin), detailed ent examination (bleeding polypus or drying of crusts secondary to atrophic rhinitis), blood tests (anemia). Depending on the examination reports further treatment can be started.
Hope this answers your question, if you have additional questions or follow up questions then please do not hesitate in writing to us. I will be happy to answer your questions.
Wishing you good health.
