What Causes Spots On Gums Along With Sensitivity?
Does not look like him cancer.
Detailed Answer:
Hi..
Welcome to HEALTHCARE MAGIC..
I have gone through your query and can understand your concerns...
As per your complain as you have started dipping just a week ago the sensitive gums and a cut in the area of dip as well as formation of small dots can be due to chemical burning as well as friction at the area of dipping leading to inflammation of the mucosal surfaces leading to sensitivity of gums..
As of now you should completely stop dipping and apply a Steroid based Oral paste over the swollen area to reduce inflammation..
You can apply a numbing gel containing Lignocaine to reduce sensitivity..
Gargle with cold water as it also helps in reducing Inflammation..
You can also take anti-inflammatory painkiller like Ibuprofen (Advil or Motrin) if there is pain and soreness also present..
Continue doing it for one week and in case if there is improvement you should completely stop dipping and continue the remedies till the condition resolves..
But if it shows no sign of improvement you need to consult an Oral Physician and get evaluated..
Any further queries are welcome..
Hope this information helps..
Thanks and regards.

Detailed Answer:
Hi..
Welcome Again..
As per your complain jaw pain can be due to dipping as there is continuous contraction of muscles of the jaw to swallow the Saliva which is increased during dipping as well as some individuals tend to have a clenching habit of teeth and both this can contribute jaw pain..
There can be a few other causes like any decay in tooth, wisdom tooth impaction with gum flap over it getting inflamed ,teeth grinding habit etc.
If the pain subsides along with the gum problem it can be due to dipping and if still the pain continue you may need a clinical evaluation by an Oral Physician..
If you have any more questions you are most important..
I will be happy to help..
