Brief Answer:
Hormones

Detailed Answer:
Hi,

Since you have received busarelin this spotting is due to the same. This will stop soon. You won't have spotting as your Menopur days increase. As the number of days you receive menopur, there will be increase in etrogen level with follicular growth which will cease this spotting. But if this persits after 3 days, please let your doctor know so that he does observe endometrium during ultrasound.

Brief Answer:
Long

Detailed Answer:
Hi

11 days is longer. You have to convey this to your treating doctor. If this continues embryo transfer cannot be done if bleeding persists.

Embryo freezing might be needed.
