Brief Answer:
Needs investigation and treatment

Detailed Answer:
Thanks for posting on HealthCareMagic. Your child is most probably suffering from a gastro intestinal infection which needs treatment. The blood clots indicate dysentery which is mostly caused by certain bacteria like Campylobacter and Shigella. Breast milk is the best food for a baby and any external feed exposes a child to probability of infection as in your case. Since the activity and feeding has come down, I feel that she needs to be investigated.

I would insist that you visit a doctor and test her blood for counts and C-Reactive protein. If the levels are increased, I would consider it on a graver note but if not, the ofm syrup (ofloxacin + ornidazole) orally would be fine.

In case of a child of such age, please do not self medicate.

In the meantime, be sure to give her ORS to prevent salt and water imbalance that may arise.
