I am currently not taking any medication for depression.
I was taking Ibuprofen for pain and topic pain relieve.
I would have to say the almost backing out. I just did a experiments I did ten deep knee bents without stopping and then immediately took my blood pressure it was 178/65 then I waited five minutes and took it again it was 145/65 I waited another five minutes and took my blood pressure again it was 135/65 I did not feel like backing out. I did not feel any weakness in my legs at all.
But:
My anxiety is very high. Thinking about climbing 18 stairs, earlier today because of the pain in my legs and butt made my heart beat increase. Yet later at home climbing stairs I was fine. The pain seems to be subsiding in my back and legs.
I have no chest pain or discomfort. My blood pressure this morning was 116/56. Or yes I forgot to mention I am always hungry and I mean hungry!!!!

Brief Answer:
I would suggest you to see a psychiatrist
Detailed Answer:
Hello,
I have studied your case and I think that you need to see a psychiatrist because your symptoms are suggestive of depression and anxiety. For back pain and neck pain I would suggest you to get physiotherapy. Most of these back pain, increase in hunger and feeling of any sudden rise in blood pressure are due to anxiety. I have following suggestions for you
1.Start your antidepressant once again.Take them regularly. Most antidepressant start working after 3 weeks. You can take TCA group of drugs after discussing with your doctors.
2.keep your self involved in recreational activities.
3.Do not use smoking, alcohol or sleep tablets. Avoid any drug without prescription. You can become addicted.
I hope this answer will be useful for you.Let me know if there is any other followup questions.
