What Causes Stiffness, Tremor In Middle Finger And Pinching In Fingers Of Leg?

I work in Software company and been in for more than 14 years. I have a problem with my middle finger (mostly on right hand and sometimes on left hand) gets stiff and shakes momentarily and gets normal with in seconds. Also I experience some pinching in fingers of my leg. I searched in google but worried that there are lot conditions that lists this symptom. I'm taking Meganeruon OD plus. Request guidance but do not scare me.
I need to know some more details.

MRI cervical spine
Detailed Answer:
Hi XXXXXXX XXXXXXX
Thanks for being in follow-up and providing further details.
In view of your clinical details, you are possibly having cervical spine degenerative changes(cervical spondylosis) with mild radiculopathy.
Please get a MRI of cervical spine done,in order to screen for the same.
Meanwhile,I am of the opinion that you should start taking Pregabalin(75 mg once a day) along with meganeuron.
ALL MEDICINES SHOULD BE TAKEN UNDER A PHYSICIAN'S GUIDANCE.
Hope that helps. If you have any further questions,I shall be glad to answer them.
Regards
Dr.Ajay Panwar,
DM(Neurology)
