What Causes Stomach Ache, Bone Pain And Loss Of Appetite?

She does have a spastic colon, and initially thought that she was having a bout with that. But she says it's never been like this before
Suspecting circumstances of the spastic colon to be the cause
Detailed Answer:
Hello sir and welcome.
Thank you for writing to us.
I have gone through your query with diligence and would like you to know that I am here to help. Based on the provided information I think that there could be a chance that she has been bleeding? Please check her stools and let me know.
As a sufferer of spastic colon myself, I believe there are numerous factors that can cause a delirious state. Loss of vitamin B12 and/or iron, blood loss, dehydration, results of poor blood supply to the brain (due to blood loss or due to lowered vitamin B12 levels which are responsible for maintaining good blood vessel health), etc; are all very common with individuals diagnosed to have a spastic colon.
I would strongly recommend the following sir:
+Visit to a doctor
+Check on hydration level
+Check on serum vitamin B12 level
+Check on serum iron level
+MRI brain
Please do get the following conducted at the earliest sir, this may be important. If you have not understood the role of vitamin B12 here, let me explain. The lower/larger intestine is responsible for resorption of vitamin B12 and iron from the food/stool passed through it. In spastic colon, due to the inflamed and poorly functioning colon this reposition does not take place, resulting in loss of iron and vitamin B12 through the stools. Vitamin B12 is responsible for maintaining good blood vessel health, and when its levels are low blood vessels cannot perform their most basic function which is blood supply to different parts of the body. A lowered blood supply to the brain can cause strokes, paralysis, delirium, etc.
I hope you find my response both helpful and informative. Please feel free to write back to me for any further clarifications, I am always here to help.
Best wishes.

I have printed your response and given it to my wife, who will follow your recommendations.
