Symptoms not due to HIV, Details required.

Detailed Answer:
Hi
Thank you for query. I am Dr Bharatesh D Basti answering your query.
Please send me following details:
1. HIV Exposure details.
2. Age.
3. Any diagnosed disease
4. Treatment history.
5 .Any other investigations done

If the Elisa test is negative after 7 months exposure, it is conclusive that you are not infected with HIV.You can allay fears of HIV.

The normal range of CD4 to CD8 ratio is 0.9 to 3.
The reports suggest it is in the normal range.
Some diurinal variations can occur. Flu infections can decrease ratio or cd4 counts.
The symptoms are non specific and cannot be attributed to HIV. You can send details of rash.

You can get back for clarification with details.
Thank you

Brief Answer:
Not due to HIV

Detailed Answer:
Hi
Thank you for follow up query.
I have gone through the reports .
The test for HIV is repeatedly negative at 4 & 7 months .So there is no possibility of HIV .You can allay fears of HIV.
CD4 /CD8 ratio is also normal. You are worried because of low cd4 count. There is a possibility of having normal/low cd4 count and higher cd8 counts due to the previous tuberculosis infection. CD8 cells will be produced more .Hence the ratio is likely to be skewed though normal. It is not due to HIV.
You can consult a physician for through examination and needful for stomach ache .
You can get back for clarification with details.
