What Causes Stomach And Abdomen Pain Along With Sjogrens And Spinal Stenosis?

Question: I have 24/7 pain in the stomach and abdomen. am taking dexlante for over 2 months and everything I eat is going right thru me. getting weak and waiting for a scope since oct. find myself very weak and unable to perform regular duties. need help for pain and getting the system to do its work before I feel it will be too late. I have sjogrens, too much acid in my stomach and peripherial neuropathy and spinal stenosis. I am on the fentanyl patch for the latter, but it does not cover the pain in stomach and even in chest at times. I need help and want to know what is next while I stand in the line waiting, if I make it.
I also am waiting for an endocrinologists as my thyroid has numerous nodules and they are growing at a fast rate. I am hoping she will say to take the thyroid out as I hear it can be the root of a lot of problems.

Brief Answer:
Need endoscopy to rule out duodenal ulcer
Detailed Answer:
Hi Sir,
I understand your query and concern.
As per your clinical symptoms, you need to undergo an upper GI endoscopy to rule out duodenal ulcer, which is very common in individuals with Sjogrens syndrome.
The fentanyl patch can only be helpful to control the neurological pain from spinal stenosis.
Your thyroid certainly needs further evaluation through complete thyroid profile and tissue examination.
Post your further queries, if any.
Thank you.
