Brief Answer:
First make sure she is pregnant!!!!!
Detailed Answer:
hi,
First make sure she is pregnant!!!!! if surely diagnosed with pregnancy,, read.
Generally, bleeding starts with in few hours after taking complete course with severe abdomial pain. The bleeding may be heavy and may continue for a week or so.
As you have already crossed 24 hrs, i suggest you to consult a gynecologist to check for continuing pregnancy or products of retained conception.

Brief Answer:
Two positive card tests can be taken for granted
Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Two positive card tests can be taken for granted as pregnancy. In general, these are sufficient to make the diagnosis of pregnancy initially which is later confirmed by seeing the gestational sac by ultrasound abdomen. They may show false positives, but very rarely.
