What Causes Strain In Lower Abdomen Near Pelvis Along With Pressure?
Question: about a week ago I felt a some what strain in my lower abdmen near my pevis (Pubic bone area)
area lower right side. after about a week now I feel some pressure when I stand for a long time or sit for some time. I'm not really in pain but I do feel pressure or a cramp like feeling. I am wondering if I have a slight tear or hernia?

Thank you for getting back with the answers. There could be slight possibility of hernia. I would suggest you to once visit hospital and get an ultrasound of that area. It will confirm if there is any wall defect. Further management would depend upon the result of test and physical examination by a general surgeon. Meanwhile take high fiber diet including fresh fruits & vegetables along with adequate water.
