Advise to run culture of stool....
Detailed Answer:
Hi there,
I have gone through your medical history and would like to know:
- do you experience changes in bowel movements recently?
- have you had fever?
- did you notice blood?
- have you made any changes in your diet recently?
At this point, I'd suggest to:
- do examination of stool for ova/parasites
- culture of stool for pathogenic bacteria/fungus/virus
Depending on the tests results, specific treatment will be prescribed.
Hope it helped!

Brief Answer:
Gastroenterologist/proctologist consultation...
Detailed Answer:
Hi back,
At this point, I'd advise to consult with a gastroenterologist and to run culture of stool for candida and sensitivity testing. Apart taking local ointment, I also advise to start taking oral anti-fungal drug based on sensitivity testing. I also advise to consult with proctologist to rule out anal problems.
I also advise to:
- take good hygiene of your genitalia and anal area
- drink more water
- take OTC probiotics
- eat less sugary foods/drinks
Hope it was of help!
