What Causes Stumbling While Walking Outdoors?
Anxiety is not the only cause of your problems...
Detailed Answer:
Hi
Thanks for posting the query. I have gone through the history and understood your problem. I will try my best to help you with this.
1. Stumbling, while you are outdoors is because of the mismatch of the information sent by the eye and the tactile receptors of the skin to the brain. The refractive errors are the most common cause of this problem.
2. Wobbling of the legs is also similarly related to the above condition. Anxiety do worsen the posture and hence the balance, but cannot be solely blamed, other causes need to be ruled out.
3. Blocked Eustachian tube (the tube connecting the nose and the ear) secondary to the sinus issues could be one of the reasons behind earache. Steam inhalation and the saline nasal spray can relieve the earache.
4. I doubt all these are related to anxiety. Blurring of the vision needs to be evaluated thoroughly. Try to get a second opinion from an apt ophthalmologist and also MRI of the brain to rule out any space occupying lesions.
5. Consider consulting a neurologist, he can be of a great help in treating your neural and the balance related issues.
Hope I have answered your query; I will be available for the follow-up queries.

Consult a good neurologist...
Detailed Answer:
Hi
Thanks for writing back
So that says it all. Increased blood pressure could have caused trauma to the neurological structures, leading to all these problems. I would not get into the depth of this. I honestly feel, an apt neurologist can help you in this regard.
I wish you good health and speedy recovery.
