
What Causes Sudden Dizziness?

Question: I was in my kitchen cooking when suddenly my head felt funny like it was slow and fuzzy lightheaded, but everything around me was fast paced and I was internally narrating my actions and I was mad not at anything specific but everything for no reason I could think of. .

No I hadn't skipped a meal no fasting my mom said I suffered from tachycardia as an infant but my heart rate wasn't too elevated no sweating no headache I layer down and put a cold pack on my knock .. As soon as I felt that feeling I remembered many similar episodes as a child
