Brief Answer:
Stress or other medications - possible cause.

Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Thanks for asking.
I am Dr. Prakash HM and I will be answering your query.
Based on your query, my opinion is as follows:

1. The previous blood pressures provided appears to be normal in initial stages. Later on, both systolic and diastolic appears to having increased and this definitely calls for medication treatment.

2. Other than prednisone, none of the medications at present could cause stress. Increased stress at the 'home' where she is shifted or if she is in touch with any non-medicated medications needs to be close evaluated. Also Blood pressure evaluation in other arm, and also different instrument (like one used before) is necessary to confirm, it is not pseudohypertension.

3. This variation, at this age is uncommon. Do have a closer look.

Hope it helps.
