Question: My uncles left hand stopped moving/responding. I am attaching his report. Whats causing the problem and whats the solutiom please?

I am so sorry to hear about this loss of movement that your uncle suffered. This images and the report are suggestive of a stroke and this explains why he is unable to move the hand. The treatment for this is mainly controlling two factors which might have contributed to this such as high blood pressure, diabetes, bad lipids, etc. As for the hands, the best way to help him regain some functionality is aggressive physiotherapy.
