Brief Answer:
investigate regarding loss of consciousness

Detailed Answer:
Hello XXXX,
I have gone through your question and understand your concerns.
First issue is loss of consciousness with giddiness. This may be due to syncopal attack or seizure. The investigation required are EEG, CT/Mri of brain, blood pressure postural drop and ecg.
Second issue regarding pain over region of trauma and swelling may persist for days to month. It will improve with time.
You need to be investigated for loss of consciousness.
