What Causes Sudden Onset Of Itching Sensation In Abdominal Area?

Question: Hi Doctor,
I am from XXXXXXX - XXXXXXX , First of all i never heard about Lyme , Few weeks before , i went outside normally , suddenly i feel itching in my stomach , when i checked there were red round flat rash ( But not looks like bulls eye rash) red round inside small bump , i really dont know whether that is tick or not , because i couldn't able to see any insects , i thought a small insects bite , i applied some neem oil daily in few days rash got settled down , but still i have black mark.

couple of days ago , i have headache all the time ( i thought its summer in XXXXXXX so bcz of Hot weather) , I have muscle vibration all over my body ( face, arm, leg , back , shoulder, right side of my head) , i too have Right leg knee and left hand knee pain . feeling always tired., heart beating fastly.
Below are my questions
1) Will that Lyme RASH automatically goes of without treatment?
2) above scenario and symptoms , am i bitten by any tick , will that be visible in naked eye?
3) Is there any test to find out Lyme?

I appreciate your concern.
Look the symptoms are lymes disease are as followed after insect bite-
Bulls eye rash mostly with flu like symptom,headache,fatigue,joint pain.
Later neurological and cardiological sequel develops.
the rashes goes of gradually but patient needs antibiotic treatment.With Doxycyclineto avoid complications.
Your symptoms may be due to lymes disease.
Can you send a picture of the lesion??
To confirm diagnosis specific tests are there.Mostly IgG/IgM antibody titre against borrelia is done.

Thanks Doctor, I have uploaded the image which was taken on 03 apr .
Now i have black mark in that area. I heard Mostly IgG/IgM antibody will give false negative. I didnt take any antibiotic treatment, but i applied LIME , it changed it to black mark.

Lyme disease is common in XXXXXXX ? i never heard that name.

Also i was in depression for the last 2 months , so i believe there could be 2 problems one is my vitamins went down due to depression else Lyme disease, i need to rule out.

Kindly have a look and let me know .

The lesion is not typical lyme disease.

Hello
I have seen the image.
It is not a typical lyme disease lesion..
You can rule out it by IgG antibody titre ..It does not give so much false neg..
Your fatigue may be related to vitamin deficiency..
You can take multivitamin combinations for that.
Depression may be due to other causes.Stress from job,fear of getting diseased etc.
But this is temporary.

Also i have attached my Normal Blood test report , Some of the values are high than the normal range , could you please check and let me know , what could be the reason for high values & PRESENT values urine.

Is there anything i need to take action immediately?

Hello
I have seen all your reports..
only value that is alarming is low HDL cholesterol.
I shall advise you to do regular exercises,decrease in fat and carbohydrate content of food and take low calorie diet.
You need not take statins at present.
Please dont panic for the urine report.
