Brief Answer:
Crying

Detailed Answer:
Hello. I just read theough your question.
The symptoms you describe are consistent with reflux. Reflux is a result of stomach contents coming up into the esophagus. This causes a burning sensation, and can often be very painful.
Reflux can be treated. Sometimes it is treated by changing the formula. Other times it is treated with medicine. Treatment plans depend on the severity of the symptoms.
I recommend consulting with your pediatrician about this. Your pediatrician will be able to determine the appropriate treatment plan. This will alleviate your baby's discomfort and allow for healthy growth.

Hi doctor thanks for your prompt reply. My boy is doing pretty well with similac tummy care formula all the while... He is drinking normally.. No spitting up or vommiting ....

He is 3 months and 3 weeks. Can he be teething so early?? He is drooling a lot, getting fussy n irritable and while he groan and moan ... He get some comfort when we let him suck on his thumb ... But he slept well thru the night... Just very irritable ...

Detailed Answer:
Teething could definitely be starting at the age. If applying counter pressure by biting on sething, is helpful, then it is most likely the teething that is causing him the grief. In this case there is really very little to worry about.

His is constantly eating his fingers and sucking on his thumb now. When his hand were off his mouth for a short while he will feel irritated. Why is that so and how can I reverse or improve?

This behavior is most commonly related to teething. any teething ring or teething toy that is safe to chew on. This will alleviate his discomfort. Within a few days to a couple of weeks, the teething episodes resolve. At that point you will notice that is irritability has decreased.
