Detailed Answer:
Hello.Delighted to be able to help.
Sudden thigh pain can be caused by different pathologies.
Venous thrombosis is a possible diagnosis.
In venous thrombosis, leg increases in diameter, appears edema, pain, local heat, redness and tumefaction.
For now, it seems that you do not suffers venous thrombosis.
Muscle contracture is another possible diagnosis.
In my opinion, Diclofenac 50 mg thrice a day can be taken for treating your condition.
If the pain is more intense, more frequent, or the mentioned signs appears(increased diameter of leg, local heat, redness, tumefaction...) you should go to an Emergency Service.
