The pneumonia and fever is better and I am on antibiotics, I just dont know how I could have hurt myself so badly and not remember it! My fever was high, about 103 degrees on Friday, and I vaguely remember running into something when I left for the doctors office. I also may have run very hot bath water, again I dont remember burning myself.

Brief Answer:
cellulitis

Detailed Answer:
Hello
Thanks for the query and photograph.
It is looking like cellulitis a bacterial infection.
you need to continue antibiotics for some more time. Please meet a dermatologist as soon as possible and get yourself treated. This condition can be dangerous so early management is must.
Let me know if you have any other doubts.
Thank you

Oh no. How do you contract it? Is it just a coincidence that I got bacterial pneumonia, then cellulitis, suddenly and virtually at the same time? I have never had either before. Do I need to go to the emergency room or at least try to find an emergency clinic that is open tomorrow to get the necessary antibiotic? I am confused and worried about these sudden health problems. Nothing different has happened to me that I can attribute them to. Thank you for your help.

it can be a coincidence

Detailed Answer:
Hello
Thanks for the follow up.
Yes it can be a coincidnce that you got both at a time.
Although both these condition are bacterial in origin but are caused by different bacterias.
it will be good if you can go to a dermatologist instead of going to emergency. Accurate treatment is must.
let me know if you have any other doubts.
