Brief Answer:
Get investigated as advised

Detailed Answer:
Hello,
I have gone through your question and understand your concerns.

Both these episodes seems to be presyncopal or syncopal episodes.
The cause may be cardiac or circulatory.

Is there any history of frothing from mouth, posturing of limbs or face, tongue bite?
You need to get thoroughly investigated.
Get ECG, 2D Echo, blood pressure measurement, autonomic function testing.
Blood sugar, liver function and renal function to be done.

In case of seizure, EEG and brain MRI may be required.
Upload any reports or prescription.

Hope you found the answer helpful.
