Brief Answer:
Consult immediatly an emergency neurology facility within 4.5 hours of onst

Detailed Answer:
Hello XXXX,
Sudden onset weakness in limbs should be urgently evaluated for possibility of stroke. You should immediately consult an emergencywith neurologist for evaluation as thrombolytic therapy in cases of ischemic stroke can be given in indicated patients only within 4.5 hours of presentation of symptoms.
Speculation about other causes should not be done.
If you have crossed the window period then you shoul consult a neurologist as soon as possible for evaluation and treatment.
Hope you found the answer helpful.
