
What Causes Sudden Weight Gain And Fatty Liver?

Question: sudden weight gain. I have been 100 lbs for all my adult life. I have gained 30 lbs in one year. I have had my thyroid checked and eat a reasonable diet. My back is giving me trouble so right now i only swim as exercise. I have a petite frame and am only 5'2". The fat is mostly around my waist and for the first time my cholesterol is high and i have a fatty liver. I rarely drink alcohol and I am pre-diabetic. I had gestation diabetic when i was pregnant.
