Brief Answer:
You probably have anxiety!
Detailed Answer:
Hi,
These responses point to probable anxiety. I will suggest that you see your doctor for evaluation and management. Before then, I will recommend you have the thyroid checked by measuring the TSH levels. Values would help rule out a possible hyperfunctioning thyroid that can explain similar symptoms.
Treatment for anxiety is pretty simple with behavioral techniques and medications if need be. My preferred drug is clonazepam with great feedback from my clients on its effectiveness.
I hope this guides and helps. I wish you well. Feel free to follow up with me if need be.

Well my TSH levels are normal. So please tell me which medicine should i take and for how long?
Brief Answer:
Clonazepam!
Detailed Answer:
Hi,
I will suggest you take clonazepam. Your response to this would inform on how long it should be administered. Unfortunately, this drug is not available over the counter and you would need to talk to your doctor about this for a script. I will appreciate you reporting back your progress to me for review and more insights.
I wish you well. I await your updates.
