Brief Answer:
It can be a chalazion
Detailed Answer:
Hello
Thank you for the follow up question.
I reviewed your history.
Since there is no pain and discharge, this rules out acute inflammations and this can be a swelling like chalazion. It occurs because of blockage of ducts of Meibomian glands.
This requires treatment by the use of antibiotic eye drops.
I prefer to use antibiotic eye drops like Moxifloxacin eye drops one drop 3-4 times a day.
Applying warm compression will provide symptomatic relief.
If the condition does not resolve then small incision and drainage may be required after confirming the diagnosis.
If possible do send a photo so that I can confirm the diagnosis.
Hope the information is helpful to you.
