Most likely celulitis ( infection of skin & soft tissue)
Detailed Answer:
Hi
Thank you for asking HCM
I have gone through your query and pictures. Your problem can be most likely cellulitis (infection of skin and soft tissues). Antibiotic therapy will be needed in such case. I usually suggest broad spectrum antibiotics like Co-amoxiclav in such case. NSAIDs like ibuprofen will be helpful for pain and inflammation.
Blood routine and urine routine should be done to confirm infection and rule out other problems. Uric acid level should be checked to rule out Gout also. A consultation with your GP is well appreciated.
Let me know if anything not clear.
I am happy to help you.
Thanks.

I appreciate the explicit reply. Is it necessary for me to get a treatment immediately at the ER or I can wait till tomorrow morning? Thank you.
Brief Answer:
It is better to get treatment from ER.
Detailed Answer:
Welcome again.
Thank you for your follow up query.
It is better to get treatment as early as possible. If infection and edema increases then pain will be more and unbearable. Antibiotic should be started early. So if GP is not available then better to consult ER.
