Brief Answer: It looks like inflammatory lesion of the eye. Detailed Answer: Hello Sir, Welcome to Health care Magic Iam Dr. DadapeerK, an Ophthalmologist and I answer health problems related to eye. It seems from the history that you are having redness of the eye with swelling. Since vision is normal it does not seem to be a serious condition and it looks like inflammatory condition involving the eyelids or conjunctiva. The treatment with antibiotic eye drops and anti-inflammatory drugs is sufficient. If you can give me some more details I will be able to answer more accurately. Duration of redness in the left eye? Whether redness is associated with discharge, watering, itching? Whether there is any localized swelling on the eyelid margin? Please do mention the name of the eye drops you are using? If possible do send a photo of the affected eye, so that I can answer your question more accurately. Hope I have answered your question and the information is helpful to you. Thank you

Thank you Dr Dadapeer K, The irritation began 1-2 days ago. There isn't any discharge or itching , it's most noticeable with eye movement to the left and right , but not up and down movement. No noticeable swelling , And using Target brand up& up lubricant and redness reliever eye drops.

Brief Answer: You can continue same eye drops. Detailed Answer: Hello Sir, Thank you for the follow up. The condition appears to be like conjunctival irritation. You can continue use of up and up lubricant eye drops and redness reliever eye drops. Along with this you can consider using antibiotic eye drops like ciprofloxacin, and antiinflammatory drugs if you are not allergic to them, to prevent or to treat a sub clinical infection if any. With this treatment you will be fine no need to worry. Hope I have answered your question and the information is helpful to you. Thank you
