Brief Answer:
Get a echo

Detailed Answer:
Hi, I am Dr Mittal. I have read your query. I think I would be able to help you. The symptoms of the query are quite suggestive of heart disease. The symptoms of the heart disease are breathlessness, chest pain, swelling of feet, palpitations and fatigue. These symptoms may be present together or individually. In early conditions, they are usually individual. Heart is a muscular pump that acts throughout the life. As you age, the old muscles cannot pump blood as well as they could before. When that happens ,the symptoms start suddenly.

I think I would be able to suggest that you have a test - echocardiography and ekg. They will suggest the diagnosis I have told you about.

I have tried to make it as simple as possible. I hope that the information helps you. Please feel free to contact us for more information. Best of luck. Dr Mittal.
