Brief Answer:
Cause probably moxovas

Detailed Answer:
Hi
I am Dr Mittal
I have read your query
I think your blood pressures and sugars are quite well controlled.
The swelling may be a side effect of Moxvas.
The side effect of vasodilatation and swelling are commonly known.
I suggest either consulting your doctor for a change of the tablet or addition of a hydrochlorthiazide to your active regime.
I hope that helps.
Feel free to contact us for any further details.
Best of luck.
