What Causes Swelling In The Labia Minora?
Question: Hello, my right labia minora is swollen and feeling inflamed. My urine appears to be slightly cloudy. Is this a yeast infection?

I do not have a cheese-like discharge.
No itching - just a burning sensation. Which is made worse by intercourse and urination. However, the burning is only in the area of inflammation (right side). I have had this happen before and it generally goes away on it's own. But I woke up this morning and it felt a bit worse than yesterday. I have no abdominal pain. And the swelling is only the right labia minora.

While you have a swollen with burning sensation in only one part and it has passed by itself, in my opinion it may be a bartholinitis or a swollen of a bartholinis gland .
But diagnosis can be done by seeing the affected area .
If you want you can upload a picture of affected area.
To relive this discomfort you can try with Sitz baths adding betadine but if you will be worse than you my need for a prescription.
