What Causes Swelling In The Penis After Masturbation?
Question: Hi, doctor, the blood vessels on my pennis is swollen since from more than a month .when I went to the nearby urologist he said I am ok.But the swelling continues and I experience irritation.I used to masturbate and I experienced this swelling once after masturbation earlier and the same swelling continues and now I stop masturbating.Is am I having any disease.Please suggest me few medicine for this ?

You might have developed inflammation of vein known as thrombophlebitis.
There is also a possibility of development of varicocele that is accumulation of blood in veins causing them to dilate.

It's looking like normal dorsal vein of penis.
If possible shave off hair in your groin region and send a picture with erect penis and skin covering glans.
