Brief Answer:
Allergic reaction requiring anti-histamines; drink plenty of water

Detailed Answer:
Hello ma'am and welcome.

Thank you for writing to us.

I have gone through your query with diligence and would like you to know that I am here to help. It appears as though you are experiencing an allergic reaction and will indefinitely require anti-histamine medications at the earliest.

Please do write back to me with any anti-histamine medications you have at home, so I can advise you on them further. But for now, please do take any anti-histamine medications you have at home, two tablets immediately with water.

The allergen is most probably the walnut or any other ingredient of the cookie like milk, eggs, etc.; and you should completely avoid the cookies in the future until the allergen is clearly identified. If at all you do not have any anti-histamines at home then please do rush to a medical store or request to do that for you, the possible anti-histamines you can use are:

+Pheniramine
+Cetrizine
+Levocetrizine
+Fexofenadine (e.g. allegra)
+Chlorpheniramine (Chlor-Trimeton)
+Clemastine (tavist)

I hope you find my response both helpful and informative ma'am. Please feel free to write back to me for any further clarifications, I would be more than happy to help. If at all your symptoms worsen, then you will have to report to an ER for an epinephrine shot.

Best wishes.

Brief Answer:
Any and every doctor should be able to treat you ma'am

Detailed Answer:
Hello once again ma'am.

You can visit any doctor, a general physician (GP), a resident at the hospital or clinic, your PCP (primary care physician), or an allergist if available. But all doctors can treat the allergic reaction you are experiencing and this does not really require a specialist ma'am.

I hope you find this helpful. If at all you can get your hands on some anti-histamine medications, then you need not even visit a doctor (i.e. of course if your symptoms improve within 15-30 minutes from taking the medication).

Best wishes.
