Question: I have a triagler swelling above my belly button and pain to the touch. I have XXXXXXX and an enlarged gallbladder. I am currently on Bactrim for an UTI

Firstly thanks for choosing HCM for your query!
Have seen the photo attached.
Most likely it can be umbilical hernai.Fatty liver disease and enlarged gall bladder wil not present as sweliing around umbilical area.
I woukd suggest you to go for a ultrasound abdomen any herniation in intestinal viscera can be seen in usg.Obesity and old age are both risk factors for umbilical hernia.I would suggest you to consult a general surgeon for physical examination and get a ultra sound done.
