What Causes Swelling Of Ear, Ear Pain, Fever, Vomiting And Headache?

Acute parotitis...
Detailed Answer:
Hi
Thanks for posting the query
After going through your description, I do feel, you could be suffering from Acute Parotitis. Parotitis is the infection of the parotid gland which is located in front of the ear.
Sudden increase in the swelling of the gland is noticed when there is a block in the parotid duct and the production of the secretions continue. If a photo of the same had it been attached, it would have been very helpful.
Pain with fever indicates active infection. It would be wiser to consult your doctor at the earliest.
Meanwhile, you can try taking OTC pain relievers such as ibuprofen or diclofenac. Drink plenty of warm water.
Hope I have answered your query; I'll be available for the follow up queries.
