Question : im m 39 have multipal question 1)my legs are swelling from foot to caf 2)white wax like discharge from penis with burning while urine and have to pass gas to do urine 3)gastric and acidity

dear dr XXXXXXX thanks i never check my sugar level but sure that it may be the swelling is noticed from 3-4 days its paining like some one is giving current on joints n paining n like niddel pinched in all over the body , yes im going through sever mantal pressure no idea about thyirod yes lever is quit weak n discharge is on regular basis many times whn i hold urine and my legs pain dr it is my 2nd q if i have any query then hw can i ask u regards XXXXX

Brief Answer: Get Investigated. Detailed Answer: Dear Friend. Following are the possibilities if you have significant swelling: 1. Hypothroidism 2. Kidney problem like Nephrotic syndrome 3. Liver problem. I would advise you to get yourself investigated: 1. Hemogram 2. KFT 3. LFT 4. Thyroid Profile 5. Fasting Blood sugar 6. Urine for albumin. The treatment would depend on the cause. This is my best advise for you. Still if you have any query, please ask me.
