What Causes Swollen Glands In A Psoriatic Arthritis Patient?

Question: I have swollen glands in my neck. starting at the base of my head then down my neck. Especially on the right side, swollen, tender and some redness. My dr. took blood and urine tests. Both came back normal. What could possibly going on that doesn't show up in those tests. I do have psoriatic arthritis.
Brief Answer:
You need needle test to confirm the diagnosis
Detailed Answer:
Hello,
I have studied your case and I think it can be lymphnode due to infection. I would suggest you to get needle examination. This is very simple test and can be done by a pathologist.
It will confirm the diagnosis. Most probably you need to take antibiotics after this for five day to two weeks.
I hope this answer will be useful for you. let me know if there is any other followup questions.
