Brief Answer:
Can not be lymph nodes all over the body.

Detailed Answer:
Hi.
Thanks for your query, albeit short and specific.
To recapitulate: Male/27 - small swellings - can be felt all over body - wants to know whether it is normal to feel lymph nodes around armpits, arms, back, legs etc....
Lymph nodes can be felt only where they are known to be present, for example, neck, armpits, groin, back of knee, inside and above the elbows. Lymph nodes are not present at the legs, back or arms.
Secondly the swellings all over the body indicate another cause than the lymph nodes.
These can be small fat collections called lipomas or can be neurodermatoses or so.
This can be diagnosed by the following:
Clinical examination by a General Surgeon.
Ultrasonography and FNAC or biopsy to get a confirmed diagnosis.

I hope, this answers your query.
Please feel free to ask for further relevant queries if you feel that there is a gap of communication.

I have them across my breasts, in my stomach area, my buttocks, back of thighs, bottom of forearm, biceps, and the areas above my hips. They are about the size of a pen head or a pea at most and are numerous. Too many to count.
