Where should I send the picture.
I noticed it today.
The skin over some of it is normal and some red
There is no pain. Its the size of a grape.
Now I don't have fever but because of my psoriatic arthritis I get body aches
What email should I send the picture to?

You may please send the picture attached to this link.
Thanks for your feedback:
You have noticed this today only and the skin over it is red. This indicates an infection within the lump.
Also noted the size- of a grape and there is no pain. Yes, Psoriatic arthritis can cause body ache too.
Is the lump on the neck ?
Since there is redness over a part of it, you may need an antibiotic cover.

I sent a picture it is near a red spot not on one . it is also near a brown spot that might of been there before.
Do you think it could be B cell lymphoma, would a lump be red in that lymphomia

Brief Answer:
Looks to be pimple, get confirmed by an actual examination by a Doctor
Detailed Answer:
Thanks for the picture.
I could see the swelling with one spot and a small white dot on it and also a brown spot. This looks like a pimple to me as you have 2 more on the cheeks. This is appearing just below the skin and hence most probably a pimple. Lymph node does not appear so fast and is usually circumscribed.
I do not think this as a lymphoma as it does not appear and get noticed overnight. This opinion is just by the history you have provided and the picture I have seen ( as I can not palpate it).
Yet on a safer side, you can get this confirmed by actual palpation by a Doctor. If this appears as a lymph node on palpation then you can go for ultrasonography and FNAC, other wise you can wait and watch.
If you palpate it, does the lump move with skin or you can roll the skin over it ?
Please let me know your findings.
I hope this answer helps you. please feel free to ask for more if you need to or if you feel there is a gap-of-communication.

I mean I can move this with my skin. Does that mean its likely not lymphoma
Brief Answer:
Not likely to be Lymphoma as per the history and picture.
Detailed Answer:
If this is moving with a skin , it is most probably a pimple and not likely to be a lymph node, hence mot likely to be lymphoma.
So stop worrying.
To reduce your worry get examined as advised.

Brief Answer:
Feeling different as per the disease.
Detailed Answer:
Swollen lymph nodes :
- Feeling: Feel will depend upon many factors and the diseases of the nodes
like:
They feel hard in cancers, fixed to the surrounding tissues.
They feel soft if there is a pus within.
They feel firm if there is inflammation within them without actual pus formation.
They feel rubbery if lymphoma...
They feel many like stuck together in Tuberculosis.
In spite of all these things the ultimate diagnosis is always made by FNAC / Biopsy.
The skin will be movable over them unless there is adherence due to chronic inflammation.
Usually many will be present as they are present in a chain. One has to palpate deep inside.
