Hi XXXXXXX
I am Dr Mittal.
I have read your message.
I think I can help you.
First, you have uploaded the XXXXXXX of tests. we need the test reports.
Your first symptom is suggestive of a back problem. You will need some physiotherapy for it.
Your symptoms 2 to 6 are suggestive of a possible sinusitis.
I would suggest that you test with a x ray PNS waters view. This may confirm your diagnosis.
Meanwhile, start with steam inhalation 4 times a day, warm saline gargles 4 times a day, plenty of fluids, multivitamins once a day.
The last few symptoms are suggestiveof depression and I would suggest that you visit a clinical psychologist for sessions that may help you.
I have tried to make it as simple as possible. I hope that the information contained in this message will be able to help you find the best solution for your problem. Best of luck. Dr Mittal.
so you dont think all my symtoms is due to one condition ?
Unlikely
Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Yes I think a condition connecting all 3 is unlikely unless I consider severe depression with somatoform disorder.
But I frankly don't think it is that.
Best of luck. Dr Mittal
Specific information
Detailed Answer:
Hi
Thanks for your response.
The plugged ear can be explained as a part of the sinusitis complex.
The xiphi sternum swelling can be visualized in mri (if we do it for backache) and so we can know the exact nature of the swelling .
Most commonly it's a small hernia. usually doesn't really need a treatment.
Regards.
i understand ,
thank you very much ! DR
Best of luck
