Brief Answer:
A few more details are needed

Detailed Answer:
Hi my dear,

I have gone through your medical history carefully and understood your concern.

Having the same symptoms for 9 weeks now is a long time to think of a virus.

Now, I need to get a few more details regarding your actual health problems:
- what were the first symptoms: tinnitus or fatigue?
- have you been consulted an ENT specialist? If yes, can you please report the diagnosis made by him/her?
- did any these symptoms appear after starting the treatment?

From what you are reporting so far, I think it might be a case of severe ear infection that requires a long time to recover.

Looking forward to have the requested information in.

first came the tinnitus and fullness in the ears..mostly that is gone..I've seen an ent and they thought inner ear infection..since then I have developed chronic nausea, terrible fatigue and weakness, insomnia, tachycardia anxiety and malaise..blood work comes back normal..so too the MRI's of head cerebral spinal fluid and cervical spine..cervical spine shows some degenerative disease there that is unlikely the culprit.

shoot..not inner ear infection..they thought inner ear virus..labrynthitus..ruled out meniere's

Brief Answer:
Labyrinthitis needs more time to recover;need to rest more...

Detailed Answer:
Hi back my dear,

Sorry for the late reply due to my XXXXXXX clinical overload this weekend.

From your new data, I can say that you've been diagnosed with labyrinthitis which is inflammation/infection of the inner ear. All the symptoms you've got are due to this inflammation.

I am sorry to admit that it will take a few more days to recover. So, as the symptoms are persisting, please take more rest to give time to your body to recover.

MRI has excluded spondyloarthrosis (spinal problems) and Meniere's; so it will take a bit more time to recover from labyrinthitis.

Please continue with taking antiinflammatory medications and multivitamin to speed up recovery time.

Wish fast recovery!

So you're saying that all these symptoms could be from labrynthitis? Isnt it unusual for it to last for over 2 months..
