Question: Hi . I had pain in my left testicle for 2 years. Sonography Doppler and color Doppler test of the testicle showed nothing I mean the doctor checked the report and said the impression is all clear. I consulted a urologists he just said drink lots of water it may be a minute infection and will go away . It did not go away. He did a physical examination and ruled out any lump. Then again I visited another doctor after a year he asked me a lots of question about unprotected sex or any other discharge from penis the answer from my side is all negative never had any unprotected sex or anything. He gave me some antibiotics Name cifran -ct for 15 days the pain has reduced a lot I mean almost gone but at times there is burning sensation in the left testicle. Well last Sunday i thought i am cured so i masturbated twice and now i have burning sensation and slight pain in my left testes. just afraid that the pain might come back as before Should I take those antibiotics again kindly advice. I don't want the pain back. Should i again take cifran ct again

Thankyou for your reply . No there is no swelling. There is more of a burning sensation and then very slight pain. I had taken cifran- ct before and it worked i was pain free well almost for next 8-10 days . Then this re occurance on a much much milder level though. I think i will go with cifran ct for next 15 days as before. Do you advice anything else with cifran ct which by the way i have already started taking i know i should have waited . Kindly advice

Hi doctor . I had gone for physical examination i am attachibg the results this is the second day i am taking cifran -ct and again the pain has started to reduce . On the basis of my report kindly suggest should i continue with cifran ct also if you suggest me exact medicine name and dosage that would be help full
