I have no pain or sign of stones. Can the Calcium oxalate crystals cause some blood in urine? Thanks

I did do an ultrasound and ultrasound did not show any stones. I don't have any stones so I assume that just the Calcium oxalate crystals would cause the blood? I guess the Calcium oxalate crystals are not stones yet?
Thank you
                            Thank you
