Detailed Answer:
Hello sir and welcome.
Thank you for writing to us.
I have gone through your query with diligence and would like you to know that I am here to help. Before we consider prostate cancer, I would first like to inform you about something.
Firstly sir, which urine investigation was conducted? Was it a urine analysis or a urine culture and sensitivity examination? A urine analysis can often report inaccurate results, especially if the test is conducted using a mid-day or diluted urine sample. This is because the urine is so diluted, that the pathogens (causing the infection) cannot be detected. Thus, I would request you to repeat the test using an early morning urine sample.
I would also like to request you to provide the laboratory with a urine sample for a urine culture and sensitivity examination, as this is more accurate than a urine analysis. Although it might take 48 hours to report a result, I would request you to go ahead with this.
Once these two investigations have helped to confirm or rule out an infection, we can then go ahead with either treating the infection (if present) or considering the next possibility which is: enlargement of the prostate (either prostatitis or a condition called benign prostate hyperplasia). None of these conditions have anything to do with prostate cancer.
Prostate cancer is one of the least possible and last causes we look into sir. So please get both the urine investigations done and write back to me with the results, and we shall take it forward from there.
In the meantime, continue to drink plenty of water and cranberry juice. I hope you find my response helpful sir. Please feel free to write back to me for any further clarifications, I would be more than happy to help you.
Best wishes.

No sir, nothing serious to worry about
Detailed Answer:
Hello one again sir.
Of course, we need not worry about cancer. But there still exists some condition (infection, inflammation, etc.) that is causing your symptoms and needs to be addressed. But yes, nothing serious like cancer sir.
I hope you find that my response helps reduce your tension and put you at ease. Please do not hesitate to write back to me for anything, anytime.
Best wishes.
