In my opinion it might take some time for complete stopping of breast milk after abortion because the pregnancy hormones take some time to come to normal level.It varies in different people.It might vary from a few weeks to few months for complete stopping.
It also depends on number of weeks at which abortion was done.The more the number of weeks the more time it will take for stopping.
Dont worry it will not cause any problem.
