Brief Answer:
Strained muscles
Detailed Answer:
Thank you for contacting HCM with your health care concerns
You had a big sneeze a week ago and you now have pain on the right side of your Adam's apple. This pain is due to the muscle in your throat along the trachea being strained from the cough. This is not dangerous and will eventually heal. You can use acetaminophen or ibuprofen to help the pain but nature is going to take a while to heal the strained muscle. I would say another week or two before this gets back to normal
