What Causes Throbbing Pain Radiating From Duodenum To Small Intestine And Pelvis?

Could there be an infection outside the intestines?
Please give feedback
Detailed Answer:
Hi.
Thanks for your query.
Noted your history of the Gastroenterologist giving you a clean XXXXXXX of health, after colonoscopy and endoscopy, in spite of the symptoms you have.
I was just wondering to know that you have used a medical terminology - like throbbing pain radiating from duodenum to small intestine and pelvic bone. You also feel a burning pain.
My thoughts and suggestions:
I would like to know a few more details for me to assist you more.
- Since when have you got this problem?
- Had any history of shingles/Herpes zoster in the past?
- Is the pain on one side of the abdomen?
- Is it burning or sometimes cutting or something that can not be really described?
- Is there any bloating, nausea, vomiting, loose stools or constipation?
- Any referred pain to the back or the pain coming from back to the abdomen side?
I would advise the following in such a case:
Endoscopies already done and are normal.
CT scan of the abdomen including the arteriography of the intestines. May be aided with color doppler.
Tests of blood including that of liver, thyroid and kidney functions and of urine.
Stool test for three consecutive days.
MRI of the spine if the pain is coming from back side to the abdominal area.
Treatment will be as per the investigations, their reports leading to a possible diagnosis and a plan for a treatment.
If all the investigations are normal IBS sort of thing can be considered as a probable differential diagnosis.
Second opinion of a General Surgeon will definitely help.
Awaiting for your feedback so that I can assist you more.

Possible and needs proper clinical evaluation by your Doctors.
